#30days30waysuk – prepared kids
Children can find it difficult to understand what an emergency situation is and what to do if they are faced with one. There are some simple things you can do:
- involve them in your planning at home
- teach them how and when to call 999
- Let them plan an escape route for home
There are a number of resources available to them.
